PartnerPlusBenefit is a Lufthansa-driven travel incentive programme for businesses that purchase airline tickets in the UK or Ireland.
In short, it’s a way for businesses to earn reward points when their employees travel with 10 different airlines (see below), in addition to the standard frequent flyer miles the individual employee earns anyway. The business can then redeem these points for various benefits, including upgrades, Heathrow Express tickets and even cash.
Plus, join today via this link, and the registering business will get 1500 bonus points – enough for a Business Class upgrade on a European flight, or three one-way Heathrow Express tickets.
The member airlines of PartnerPlusBenefit are Air Canada, All Nippon Airways, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS International Air Lines, TAP Portugal, United and Germanwings (the latter being the only non-Star Alliance partner).
As noted above, it’s important to remember that Lufthansa PartnerPlusBenefit is not a replacement for the standard frequent flyer programme, which will still apply for the individual traveller in full. In Lufthansa’s own words, “it is a complement to make sure both you as the individual, as well as your company, is rewarded for your business related travel“.
As an added bonus, PartnerPlusBenefits is also offering double points until 30 April 2015 on all flights to Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Brussels. Cologne and Zurich with Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, Germanwings and Brussels Airways. You will need to register for the bonus points on the promotions page of your account.
