As you will see when you click on the links above, a number of Economy Class routes are also included in this sale, some of which are at very good prices. However, in terms of the product you are getting, undoubtedly the best value is in the Qatar Business Class sale.

But I don’t live in Scandinavia!

First up, some of the UK departure prices compare favourably even to the Euro-priced Scandinavia flights. Otherwise, at these prices, you will often still be saving a fortune by taking a positioning flight to Oslo etc and flying on from there. Ryanair, easyJet etc can be used to very good effect here.

  1. What is the difference in hard product on these routes? ie: which has the best planes and which have older equipment to be avoided? Does all of Qatar’s J have lie flat seats?

    1. Have a look at the plane on the route in question. At its best, Qatar offers one of the finest Business Class products out there, but that’s not always the case. Configurations at the time of writing are, I understand:

Boeing 787, Airbus A380/A350 – latest fully flat Business Class seats.
Boeing 777 – older version fully flat Business Class seats.
Airbus A330/A340 – sloping Business Class seats.
