Priority Club – 50% bonus on points purchases
Priority Club is the reward scheme for the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), which includes the Intercontinental in St Julians.
They are currently offering a 50% bonus on points purchases.
We’re not generally into buying points directly from hotel schemes (as it rarely represents good value), but if you do need to buy a few extra points in order to be able to redeem a particular reward, then this is a good time to do it*.
*By way of example, a night in the Intercontinental St Julians costs from €219 directly with IHG. To get a reward night here requires redemption of 45,000 points. Even with the above offer, 45,000 points would cost you US $345 (€258). However, if you want to stay in the Intercontinental sometime soon and are just 1500 points away from being able to do so, it’s worth using this offer to buy those additional points for US $13.50).
