most of the avios links also dont work
The only Avios link I’m having trouble with is the Iberia Plus e-Rewards link, which appears to be currently suspended – this may be due to the large number of sign-ups over the past few days. I will monitor it.
The 2nd avios link “Another 750 free points for joining e-Rewards and completing 1 survey” takes me to a shopping portal. I think that might be what Gene meant.
Cheers Scott – it takes you to BA’s “shopping and lifestyle partners”: one of which is e-Rewards, so you just need to click on the e-Rewards link.
i clicked link. redirected to e-rewards. e-rewards shows error. tried different browsers.
Noticed this. For whatever reason e-Rewards are having technical issues, it’s not something my end. It may be related to the recent surge in traffic they’ve had: I’m not sure. Will follow it up.
On Heathrow Rewards, it says you can transfer points between accounts up to 4 times per year, but doesn’t really give any T&C or costs associated. If all 5 members of my family sign up for an account, could 4 of them transfer their points to me and I can cash out for 500 avios?
Basically yes. Heathrow Rewards points are incredibly easy to transfer between accounts, at least they have been in my experience. You’re correct that there’s a limit of 4 transfers per member per year, but you just need the person making the transfer to call them (0500 844 844 (UK) or +44 (0)203 475 6880) and get them to transfer to your account. I have been done it successfully by email too, sending an email from the HR account holder’s account to customerservice@heathrowrewards.com
There is no cost to it.
Does anyone know if there anyway to do BA lounge passes…..my parents in the 80’s travel with them every year to the USA but never really earn enough BA miles to do anything with and I would like to get them a pass so they can relax this year when they come over in Nov…….also any suggestions on getting upgrades and using there miles to do it……in the past they tried but were told no upgrades on the Tampa flights …..now they will fly into Phoenix? any suggestions etc , thanks
For some reason your Le Club (Accor Hotels) section has a larger version of your Sri Lankan picture.
Thanks – amended.
Thanks for the information on free points. A nice little boost for only a few minutes work.
