Earn Easyjet flights with Amazon

Given its generally low prices, and almost ubiquitous special offers, it’s often very difficult to get further discounts with Amazon. However, you can effectively get additional value by earning Nectar points on your Amazon purchases.

As I have stated before, you can spend and redeem Nectar points on Easyjet flights, making Nectar, effectively, the “frequent flyer programme” for Easyjet.

Just ensure that every time you shop with Amazon you do so through your account at Nectar.com (click on the link to Amazon in the “eshops” section), and you will earn 1 Nectar point per £1 spent (there’s currently a double points bonus offer, too, giving you 2 points per £1 spent).

Note that Amazon delivers to Malta from the following departments: Baby, Beauty, Clothing, DIY & Tools, Electronics, Health (excluding medicine), Home & Garden, Jewellery, Kitchen, Office Products, Shoes, Sports and Watches items, PC & Video Games, Toys & Games and Software items and accessories, Books, Music, DVD and Video items

    1. Assuming you have a registered Nectar card, you simply need to:

      – Go to http://www.nectar.com and log in.
      – Click on “go to eshops”
      – Click on the link to Amazon, and then the link that says “shop now to collect”
      – You will then automatically go through to the Amazon website, and the points you earn (one Nectar point per £1 spent) will be added to your Nectar account within 35 days.

Now is a particularly good time to shop, as they’re offering double points (so 2 Nectar points per £1 spent).

If you don’t have a registered Nectar card, follow the instructions on how to get one (and register it) in the “Other points” section of this website.
