Double HHonors points or airline miles at Hilton

Hilton has just launched a promotion for stays from 1 May through to 31 July 2014, called “Double your HHonors”

You need to register for the promotion here. Its name largely gives it away: when you register, you can choose to either receive double HHonors points, or double airline points on all your stays in the promotion period.

This is obviously the choice to make if you only collect Hilton points on stays (“points and points”). In fact, even if you do normally collect “points and miles”, having chosen the “double HHonors points” option it may be worth changing your earning preference to “points and points” for the duration of this promotion.
