That Lufthansa discount code again – €20 off flights
It now appears so regularly that you must forgive us for occasionally failing to mention it’s reappearance, but the Lufthansa discount code for €20 off any of their flights is back.
You just need to click on this link and fill in the details.
(If you want a Lufthansa discount code for €20 off flights departing from a number of other European locations, including Germany, Italy and the UK, then use this link: you will be given a drop-down menu of available destinations).
Key terms are as follows:
- The discount code can be redeemed by 05/08/2014.
- Travel must be completed by 05/11/2014.
- The Lufthansa discount code is only valid for itineraries where all flights are operated by Lufthansa and Lufthansa Regional Partners (incl. Lufthansa City Line and Eurowings).
- The discount code is only valid for flights departing in Malta (unless you use the bracketed link above) and can only be redeemed at www.lufthansa.com.
I’m reading this as having expired in May. Is that right,or are you using the European style of dates (dd/mm/yy)?
Day/Month/Year
I’ve never understood why Americans do it in a different order.
So it can be redeemed through the 5th of August, for travel through the 5th of November. Unusual dates, but workable.
Thanks!
As to why we do it that way, beats me. I didn’t invent it, but the difference in method plays importance in some American mystery stories.
Yep – redemption rules are as you state.
In terms of the dates, rest assured that when this code expires, another one will be along soon.
I doubt this is the first example of day/month/year versus month/day/year confusion…
