New York to Europe AA business class return – €1188 (£970/$1630)
In our post on the BA Luxury World Sale yesterday, we touched on the extremely good value business class (direct) flights between New York (JFK) and Dublin. Despite being part of the British Airways sale, the flight is actually with BA One World partner, American Airlines.
However, we thought this excellent value fare (it is basically half price) deserved a post of its own, particularly given that the availability is substantial throughout July and August. You do need to book by 3 June 2014, through ba.com.
In addition, we wanted to make it clear that there is the possibility of a number of very low cost onward short-haul flights between numerous other European destinations and Dublin. For example, there is a direct flight between Malta and Dublin which can then be combined with this JFK-Dublin sale flight, for a very cheap business class return trip (for the long-haul bit at least) to New York (or from New York to Malta, if you’re coming in the opposite direction).
