Standard Avios earning on Flybe is as follows:
|Flybe Ticket Type||Avios/ Pound/Euro Spent|
|Just Fly (non-flexible)||2 per £1 spent|
|Get More (changeable with fee)||2 per £1 spent|
|All In (fully flexible)||4 per £1 spent|
So earning rates become 8 or 16 Avios per £1 spent, depending on the ticket type (full details of which are here).
Note that you need to be a member of Avios (via avios.com, not through BA or Iberia) to collect Avios points on Flybe. While that requires a a UK, IOM or Channel Islands address, there’s nothing to stop you “borrowing” one if you are not resident there.
